Giacomo Scarfò

Graduated in Architecture, technological direction at the University of Reggio Calabria in 1993. Vocational training took place in the field of the realization of large infrastructures in the sector mainly of road and rail transport from 1986 to today, maturing 32 years of experience. The sectors and areas of interest in the realization of important and complex infrastructural works are Budgeting, Management Control, Executive Design Control, Management Control in the Realization, Preventative and Contract Management phases. There were numerous specializations abroad, and to be precise, a Specialization course in Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Liverpool, England, as part of the Erasmus Program for the academic year 1989-1990, duration of nine months, specialization course in Territorial and Urban Planning at the University of Leuven (Louvain), Brussels, Belgium, duration 2 weeks, year 1991, English language course at the University of Liverpool, England, academic year 1989-1990, duration three months. Since 2006 and continuously, in addition to being a founding member of the ProGen, he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Technical Director.
